This is a lovely three bedroom detached home, it would make the perfect fit for a growing family looking to find their forever home. It is priced generously at £699,950 as it offers a lot of potential within the home having large spaces. It has a great sized back garden which can be utilised and offered as a great place for children to run and play around safely as it is fenced off. It is within walking distance to multiple transportation links offering easy access for commuters, along with lots of surrounding schools for children to make too. This property has massive potential, you can see from the outside how family like the property is and located within the nice area of Hayes. The property needs a bit of work before it could become fully habitable however there is doubt that within weeks this place would be looking unique, pristine and one of a kind. The property is not too far away from Heathrow Airport and is ideal for anyone driving just outside of the city, with a drive included on the property. Conveniently placed near a selection of schools both primary and secondary make it perfect for family living.

It was a beautiful . detached house with loads of open spaces which are perfect for entertaining friends or providing an area for the kids to play. It is a wonderful house which combines privacy and a neighbourhood feel perfectly. The House is near perfect but there is also loads of room to be able to add your own spin on things, and really make this lovely house into a wonderful family home. It also has a warm village feels where there are many local shops and pubs, meaning that you really get a family feel around the village.

This is quite high price for a 3-bedroom house considering it needs to be refurbished due to the old décor. However, it is good for someone who is looking for such unique décor. The properties sold nearby is also below £500,000 that makes it this one is a bit in high price. But the good thing is it is located at the heart of the village and near the Heathrow airport. Thus, it is suitable for people who does travelling often. I personally like the garden as it is very huge and can access from both sides of the house.
