This house is not the greatest of all houses, yet. This house may look bad, but it has so much potential to be crafted into your dream home. The secluded rear garden is a good size but the house inside is still pretty jumbo. This 3 bedroom detached house costing £695000 could be £900000 after you have renovated it, this is great for investors. The house has 3 nicely sized bedrooms too.

This is a great, three bedroom detached victorian home. It is situated very close to Norbiton station, easy for commuters to make it to work or for leisure activities. The home has aback garden which great for warmer weathers for homeowners to have gatherings, parties or even to just sunbath /relax. There are lots of schools in the surrounding area which are all in walking distance, this is great if a family was looking to buy a home with children. This home would be a great investment as it need refurbishing, either for people looking to join the property ladder or families looking for their forever home.
