This house provides many bonus features including the main features. There is no onward chain and there is the luxury of having off street parking as a driveway and a garage. There is a very good family bathroom and the master bedroom also has an en suite. The 4 bedroom house costs £675000 which is sensible in my opinion. The kitchen has been fitted and there is easy transport links.

This is a well priced four bedroom family home. It offers lots of space including parking; both driveway and garage. This is good for a family that has more than one car. This house is situated on one of Buckhurst Hill's most desired streets. Commuters have an ease to access transport links 0.3 miles from Buckhurst Hill Central Line Station. This home has a lot of ammenities near the home; including a wide selection of fashionable restaurants, delicatessens & cafes, Waitrose supermarket in addition to various independently owned shops and contemporary boutiques. Best of luck to the seller!

This 4 bedroom house is lovely. In the area it is sitting in and the amount of space that it offers it is definitely something that a family could be looking at investing in. It has a nice garden in the back which is perfect for entertaining and for the kids. It was a smaller kitchen than most properties but the large living area definitely makes up for it. It also has off road parking as well as the ensuite master bedroom. It is also easy for the commuter as it is only 400 metres from the nearest station. Sitting at, £675,000 this house is on the more expensive side compared to properties around the area but it is definitely made up for with the size of the house itself and I wish the seller the best of luck!
