This property has been listed for 475,000 which seems fair considering the amount of rooms and type of property it is. The property is a 3 bedroom terraced house based in Hertfordshire. The property includes a south facing garden. The property is close to a selection of shops and close to a few Train and tube stations.

This house looks like a wonderful place to invest in and raise a family. The south facing garden provides a perfect space for children to play or to entertain guests! It is located in the beautiful Hertfordshire and is close to a few train and tube stations which make it perfect for the commuter as well. Being valued at £475,000 I believe that this house is fairly priced for the type of property that you are getting and I wish the seller the best of luck!
