This property has been fairly priced in consideration with other properties in the area, the asking price currently is 700,000 which is slightly more then the others but the price is fair for the property I belive. The property is a 5 bedroom semi-detached house in Brentwood. The nearest station is 0.9mi away so not miles.

This is a very good deal for five bedrooms house. Stunning looking house! Love the design of the house. Every rooms are big and spacious. Pricewise, it is good because compared to similar property sold nearby is about this price. Located in excellent location where it is just 0.9 mile from Shenfield station. My favourite part is the large rear garden approximately 173’ in size. Fantastic. A must have property!
