This property would appear to be fairly over priced, other houses in the area have been sold for under 300,000 whereas this property is up for 450,000 which is a lot higher. The property is a 3 bedroom detached house located in Hextable. It includes a driveway and a garage and the nearest train station is 1.1mi away which is better then nothing.

This is a stunning 3-bedroom apartment! It is suitable for couples or small family as this house is very big and spacious. Very luxury and modern looking house. The price for this house is bang on. It is affordable that u can get in this area. My favourite part is the location itself where it is near the tube links which is the Swanley station is only 1.1 mile away. It is a good walking distance for whoever needs to commute daily. I personally love the design of the house, it is a must view for any buyer. very good deal to me!
