This property has been put up for 750,000 which is quite a bit higher then all the properties that have been sold nearby. The property is a 4 bed detached house located in West Wickham. The property is located near to plently of stations perfect if you plan to commute frequently and even better if you are commuting daily.

This 4 bedroom house is a bit on a high price compared to property sold nearby. However, the house is beautiful and ready to move in right away. It is located at a very popular residential road and just walking distance to nearest station which is the hayes station. Thus, it makes the price worth it. It has a very stunning view of the garden which is very big as well with 68’ in size. It is also suitable for families because there are a lot of local shops nearby and as mention earlier, the station is just a short walk thus is good for people who need to commute every day.
