This four bedroom end of terrace house is a lovely property which has loads of space and lots of character, this property would be perfect for a family that are looking to move into a permanent home, it is currently priced at £499,995.

This property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms which makes it perfect for family life. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which are at a very good size with the third being of adequate size. They would all be able to fit double beds as well as a desk and wardrobes. These three  bedrooms are to share one family bathroom which could be seen as an inconvenience from the buyer as it would mean that the bathroom could become very overcrowded in the rush of the morning which could become quite chaotic. However the bathroom is very big which would mean to would seem less cluttered for bathroom which would be used by a minimum of three people. However, on the ground floor there is another bedroom which is  the largest bedroom in the house and it also has an ensuite which is perfect as it adds an element of privacy and separation from the rest of the house and the other family bathroom. This bedroom could either be used as a master bedroom, but if you would prefer to sleep upstairs this could either be used by an older child to give them a sense of privacy  and freedom from everyone  else or  it  could be used as a guest bedroom. Furthermore, the rest of the ground floor is very large in space  and provided extremely attractive living space. There is a living room and lounge  which is ideal as it could allow you to use the different rooms for different functions, the lounge could be a family room for relaxing with everyone and the living room could be used for a more formal setting. The kitchen and dining room are just the one room but the size doesn't really  affect that too much and there is also a downstairs toilet. There is also a small garden which is a perfect little area which can be used for the children to play in or it could be used as a place to entertain guests in the summer months. 

In terms of pricing, this house is currently sitting at £499,995 which means that this property is sitting at average pricing for properties in this area. The properties in this area usually sit at between £300,000 and £550,000 which show this property  towards the higher  end of the  price scale. However, the properties at the lower end of this scale are usually properties which are two or three bedrooms which shows that this property is fairly priced in my opinion and the amount of space that the property offers as well as the amount of bedrooms shows that for this price this property can be seen as a very good investment and it would be perfect for a growing family.
