This four bedroom detached house is in Abbey Wood and is perfect for a family that are looking to settle down into a permanent home or a growing family looking to move into a bigger property, this property is currently sitting at £550,000. 

This property has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. On the first  floor is the  three bedrooms and they are  all of  a very good size, bedroom two and three have a very good space and they are to share one family bathroom which is located just outside of bedroom three, in most properties bathrooms are shared between three  or four bedrooms which makes this property very convenient when sharing the bathroom and also means the bathroom isn't over used  and cluttered. The other bedrooms on the first floor bedroom one which is the master bedroom and the biggest bedroom of the house and it is perfect in size with a lot of extra wardrobe space, it also has an ensuite bathroom which adds an element of privacy and separation to the house and gives the master bedroom an extra element which adds to the value of this property.  Furthermore, on the ground floor of the house is bedroom four, which is again in a very ideal location for either an older member of the family or a guest  room as  it also has an ensuite bathroom which means that there is some privacy away from the house, and lets the guest or older child have his own space whilst being incorporated into the heart of the property.
