This lovely four bedroom semi-detached property which would be perfect for a smaller family that are looking for a gorgeous property that is to be settled into and be seen as a permanent home, the property is currently being priced at £850,000

This property has four bedrooms and two bathrooms and is a lovely modern property. On the first floor there are four bedrooms which are perfectly sized for the family that wants to be living there. There are three bedrooms which are smaller than the master bedroom and they are to share one large sized family bathroom which also includes a bath, this could be seen as an inconvenience to some people as sharing a bathroom can be a bit chaotic in the mornings and the evenings but the size of the bathroom which would make it easy to keep clean and tidy. The master bedroom is the largest bedroom in the property and it also has an ensuite which is perfect for this property as it means that there is a bit of rest bite when sharing the family bathroom as  well as adding an element of privacy and separation to the other aspects of the house which is nice for the master bedroom. On the ground floor living space is perfect for this property and it feels very modern and open plan. The kitchen is a perfect space and it is very large, there is also an island in the middle of the kitchen which is perfect for having informal breakfasts during the week when there is a rush to get out of the house for work and school, there is also a large living room which can be used how you please, it would be perfect for being a room where all of  the family would be able to go and relax together. There is also a large garden and patio space, which provides the perfect balance of having somewhere to relax with friends and entertain guests as well as having somewhere where the kids can also go and play in the garden. 

In terms of pricing, this property is currently sitting at £850,000 which makes this property currently sit on the more expensive side of things when it comes  to four bedroom houses in this area. The  average pricing between this area is currently sitting between £500,000 and £700,000 which shows this property to be at the higher end  of the scale.  However, this property does provide a lot more space than many other properties in the area which would only add to the value  of the property, this is highlighted through the garden space especially which adds an extra dimension to this property. Overall, I think that this property  could be worth the money, due to the size of the house and the amount of bedrooms it does not feel clunky or over crowded at all and offers a lovely space, and would be perfect for a growing family.
