This is a lovely five bedroom detached house in Romford, it would be perfect for a family that are looking to settle down and have a nice property which they see themselves in for the foreseeable future, it is currently priced at 875,000.  

There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms in this property and on the first floor there are three bedrooms which are all of a decent size and would be fine for family members to stay there, there is a large bathroom which is to be shared by the three bedrooms which could be seen as an inconvenience by some but the size of the bathroom is more than adequate for this purpose. The master bedroom is also on the first floor of the property and that is the largest bedroom in the house and it also has a lot of wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom, which is perfect as it adds an element of privacy and separation from the other bedrooms with shared bathroom. On the second floor of the house, there is the final bedroom which is a very good size and is on the top floor of the house all by itself, this would be perfect as a guest room or for an older child that wants his own space whilst still being in and around the house and living with everyone in the house. However, there is not an ensuite bathroom on the top floor of the house which means that you will have to go downstairs to use the other bathroom, but there is space to put on in if desired. On the ground floor of the house there is a very modern feel to the property and also offers a lot of space to the house. The living room being the largest room creates a perfect atmosphere for relaxing with the whole family as there is enough space for a lot of lounge wear. The kitchen and breakfast room is also perfect for a busy family because it is a large size which is perfect for the hectic morning, and for more formal occasions there is the dining room for entertaining guests or family dinners.  

In terms of pricing, this house is sitting at 875,000 which is on the more expensive side of properties in this area as many of the houses are sitting between £500,000 and £700,000 which shows this property to be considerably more expensive. I believe this is due to the extra bedroom from the loft conversion which means that this property offers an extra living space which adds to the value of this house. However, despite this it could be seen by many people that this property is too pricey for them when it is compared to the other properties in the area, I believe that the amount of space and the modern renovation to this property shows that there is to be an extra valuation added on to the property and would be an investment to be considered by many people.
