This five bedroom detached house in Seven Kings, Essex is perfect for a growing family that is looking to settle down into a permanent home, this property is stunning and it is also in a lovely area of the country, it is currently sitting at £650,000. 

This property offers five bedrooms and two bathrooms and would be perfect for a family to move into when looking for a home to settle down in. On the ground floor there is a very decent amount of space that you would be able to live in, making it a  perfect place for the whole family to come together and relax with each other. There are three rooms on the ground floor which are meant for living, there is a good sized kitchen which also has an element of being a breakfast room which means that around the morning the whole family is together before they go their separate ways when leaving for work or school. For the more formal occasions there is a dining room on the ground floor too which would be perfect for family dinners when everyone wants to eat together and it provides an adequate space for entertaining guests that come over for a dinner party or stay at the house for a few nights. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor which is good for a number of reasons, one of which being that it doesn't share the upstairs family bathroom which adds more of an element  of privacy to the person staying downstairs. On the first floor there are the other four bedrooms which are all of a decent size, although the one downside  to all of the bedrooms is that there is only one family bathroom on the first floor, which means that there is a lack of privacy when everyone will be sharing one bathroom on the first floor and it can also be a cause of inconvenience at the busiest times of day in the household when everyone will be rushing to get out for school or work.

In terms of pricing, this property is sitting at £650,000 and to me that seems like a very fair price when you consider the size of the property as well as the space that it has to offer. When compared to other properties in the area, this house will be up there with one of the best in terms of value for money. Many of the  houses in this area sit between £500,000 and £900,000 which shows how well priced this house actually is, many of the properties at the higher end of this scale don't offer the same amount of space that this property does and they are priced at thousands more than this one is. To me this property, is a perfect property for a family that are looking to invest in a house that they can see themselves settling down in, with perfect amounts of space and reasonably priced.
