This property has been priced at 450,000 which flows well with the average selling price in this area. The property is a 3 bed semi detached bunglaow and is located in Bromley. The property is fairly close to a few stations perfect if you plan on catching the train regularly and even better if you plan on commuting everyday.

This is a very traditional and classic looking 3-bedroom bungalow. Pricewise, it is average and slightly lower than properties sold nearby which makes it a good deal. Properties sold nearby starting from £490,000. It is a spacious property but need a bit of adjustment in the living area for bigger living space. The location is good where it is just 0.6 miles away from elmstead woods station and Sundridge park station. Suitable for people who needs to commute daily. This house is perfect for families with small kids as well because the nearest schools are all in walking distance. Good deal to me!
