This five bedroom detached house in Seven Kings, Essex is perfect for a growing family that is looking to settle down into a permanent home, this property is stunning and it is also in a lovely area of the country, it is currently sitting at £850,000. 

This property has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are all of a decent size and it would be perfect for the whole family living there. The luxury of having five bedrooms in a house like this is that it does give room to have an extra room for it to be used as a spare room or a guest room when entertaining guests for a few nights at a time. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house as it is a bungalow. Being a bungalow it has its pros and cons to the property but one of the things that cannot be fault is the size of the property and the amount of space that is offered despite not having more than one level to the house. The property also has a lot of room for investment if needed as there if a large garden located at the back of the house, which meant that there is a lot of room for an extension out the back of the house. The house also offers a very decent amount of space for living, as there is a good sized kitchen, dining room and living room which shows that there is a lot of space on offering with this property and can be a very nice place to live with a family and proves that space can be available  in a large portion in a bungalow. One flaw to this house that I can see is that it does seem to  have an outdated feel to it when looking at it  at first glance, it feels like it is not what a lot of people would be looking for when looking for a property in this area which may seem like  a problem to many people when deciding whether to invest in this property.   

In terms of pricing this property is sitting at £850,000 which to me seems expensive for this property for many reasons. To be priced at £850,000 I believe that the buyer would look for in a property when spending this sort of money. This property can seem outdated for a young buyer or family and as a result it would require even more money to add to the property. With the space available it is clear to see that there would be room for an extension but again that it adds more money to what is already spent, which suggests that this property isn't a finished project. Compared to other properties in the area, this property is on the more expensive side to the other properties which usually sit between £400,000 and £700,000 which makes you wonder if investing in this property is actually worth it.
