This gorgeous Victorian four bedroom house in Drayton is  a  perfect property for a  growing family and would make a perfect house for a family that are looking to settle down and make sure that they have adequate space in their property and is sitting at £735,000.

This property is a victorian house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The four bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house. Bedrooms one, two and three are very decent sizes for bedrooms when compared to other properties in the area and would make it decent for living in the house, although the fourth bedroom is on the smaller size but it could be used as a guest room or a room for one of the younger children in the family. A downside  to this property is that all four of the bedrooms have to share the one bathroom on the first floor which will make a bit of an inconvenience when trying to get ready in the morning and going to bed. The ground floor of the house carries a really  nice space which is perfect for family living. The kitchen is an adequate size for the whole family and has an island which is perfect for quick breakfasts in the morning before travelling to work or school. There is also a  separate dining room for more formal occasions which could be used when entertaining guests or sitting down to have a whole family dinner. There is also both a family room and a sitting room, perfect for adding two elements to the property, allowing one room for relaxing and watching TV with the family and another which could be used for a more formal setting, sitting around and talking to other family members or guests when they come to the house. The property’s value is also added to due to the pool house which is situated in the back of the house, which has a large swimming pool which is perfect for both adults and kids and a changing room in the pool house, perfect for keeping the main house clean when the kids have been playing. The house also offers a large garage which is perfect for off road parking which can be a luxury in these areas. 

In terms  of pricing, this property is sitting at £735,000 and for me this is a fair price when considering the stature and location of the property. When looking at other properties in this area the pricing ranges from £500,000 to £800,000 which makes this property at the higher end of the scale when looking at the price of the property. However, this property is not the most expensive  in the area and when looking at the space that the property has to offer as well as  the off road parking and the pool house, I believe that this property at £735,000 offers a lot of space and luxury and would definitely be worth the investment and would be perfect for a young family.
