This house is quite high in price because it needs refurbishment to be done. The design is a bit rundown thus it needs a new interior decor. However, it has a lovely private garden and off street parking which is my favourite! The location is perfect, nearby all the local amenities and especially transport links. Suitable for people who must commute daily. I personally think this house is suitable for families as it has family bathroom and spacious bedrooms. Not to mention it has extension with the access to a large rare garden which is an additional plus point! Good luck
