This three bedroom maisonette is a very interesting property and I believe it would be a very good property for a family that are looking for a home or for a couple as it is a small number of bedrooms, this property is currently sitting at £650,000.

The first floor of this property is where the majority of the space is for this property ranging from the kitchen to two bedrooms. There is a very large sitting room at the front of this property which would be a very good space to have a TV and relax and unwind with some family and friends, it also provides a space for entertaining guests as it is big enough to do so which means that there’s an element to this property that others wouldn't offer when it comes to space and room to entertain many guests. The kitchen in this property is also a very good size for a three bedroom property and that would be good for day to day kitchen use and for cooking for the family or friends. Alongside the kitchen there is also a dining room involved in that space too. The dining room is also a good space for the family or the people living in the house to sit down together and have family or friends time with each other and was able to have as much time together around meal times together. There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor of the house and they are both of a very good size for the two bedrooms of a property of this stature. Bedroom one is the biggest of the two on the ground floor and would be a very good space for anyone who was to stay in that room, and the second bedroom in this property is also a very good space. Both of the bedrooms have to share one bathroom and shower room which is an inconvenience but with only sharing between the two of them isn't much of an issue. On the second floor there is the one bedroom which is the master bedroom and this room is the biggest in the property, with an ensuite bathroom which means that there is a lot of value in this bedroom and adds to the value of the property. 

In terms of pricing, this property is currently sitting at £650,000 which is an adequate price for a property of this amount of space or the way it is laid out as well as the location. I belive that this property is fairly priced and worth the investment if looking to buy because there is a lot of space that is offered and the amount of bedrooms. In the surrounding area this property sits in the lower end of the £600,000 - £800,000 price range that usually comes with properties in this area which shows that this property is very good in terms of value for money and worth the investment.
