This is a very lovely and modern duplex apartment located in the suburbs of London near Alexandra Park. The apartment would be very good for a couple or for a young family and is currently sitting at £700,000.

The first floor of this property is a lovely living area, there is a very large reception room which would be very good for a family home that would be a perfect space for helping spend a lot of time with the family and a space where it can be used as a living room or a TV room which is a very good aspect of the house and for an apartment is a good asset to have for a family home or for a space to relax and unwind. There is also a very adequate kitchen for the property and would be the perfect space for anyone to get along with their day to day kitchen needs, where there is a lot of cupboard space and a comfortable cooking spaces in the property which is a very attractive aspect of this property. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor towards the back of the property and is a very good size and could be used as the master bedroom as there is also a large bathroom and shower room right next to the bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom and bedroom are of a very good size and would be perfect for a master bedroom for the owner or tenant of the house. The second floor is where the further two bedrooms are and they, like the bedroom on the first floor are also very good sized bedrooms, with one of them being the biggest of the property. A downside of the property is that there is only one shower room in the property which could be seen as an inconvenience and also a downside to the property. However, the size of this property and what it has to offer to the buyer is very good for the property and for what it is. 

In terms of pricing, this property is currently sitting at £700,000 and for the price of the property and for what it has to offer to the buyer with the amount of space, location and the modern layout of the house this house could be considered slightly overpriced. In the surrounding area of this property there is properties sitting between £600,000 and £800,000 which shows this property to be in the middle of the price range. For slightly higher than the price this property is offering there are much more spacious houses with more bedrooms. However, the property is much more modern than many other properties which does justify the price.
