This five bedroom house that is located on Sterling Road, London is a perfect property for a family that are looking for a permanent home to move into. The property is currently sitting at £680,000.

The ground floor of the house offers a lot of living space for the whole family and is perfect for a family in terms of space and amount of rooms. There is a very large living room which would be perfect for the whole family when looking to relax and spend time together, it is sitting right at the front of the house and provides more space than any other room in the house. The kitchen is a very good space in this house when compared to other properties in the surrounding area and is very good for the general kitchen uses and would also be able to fit a breakfast island in the kitchen which could act an extra element to the house. The dining room is right next to the kitchen and would offer a space which can be used for family dinners or for entertaining guests when having people round to the house. The garden in this property is very attractive and adds  a lot of value to the property. The garden is a very good size and would be able to fit in climbing frames and other things that would make the experience for the kids a lot better. As a parent it is also very easy to keep an eye on them as the conservatory looks right over the garden and is a very good space. On the first floor, there are three of the five bedrooms and they are all of a decent size, the downside to this floor is that the three bedrooms need to share the one bathroom which is also not the biggest bathroom that can be found in a lot of other properties in the surrounding area. The second floor is where the last two bedrooms are and there is also a bathroom on the second floor which adds to the value and is a positive.
