This is a lovely four bedroom detached house in the heart of Middlesex and is perfect for a growing family. It has four decent sized bedrooms as well as a garden and off road driveway for parking, and is priced at £699,950.

This property has four very decently sized bedrooms which makes it perfect for a family that are looking for a long term home to settle into. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, The first floor is a perfect place to relax with the whole family and the big spaces with the living room and the kitchen allow this to be possible. The kitchen and dining area takes up about half of the ground floor which allows a perfect space for family dinners and entertaining guests when they come to stay. There is also a conservatory in the back garden which would be perfect for the summer months when trying to entertain and maximise the sun light, the living room is also a very good size and it means that the whole family can relax together and sit in the living room, making it a proper family space where everyone can spend time together. There is one bedroom on the bottom floor which is an extension off the back of the house which adds a very lovely element of privacy to the house which would be perfect for a guest room or an older child that is looking for an element of privacy whilst still living in and around the family. On the second floor and there are the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom being the biggest on the floor and it has the element of fitted wardrobes to add to the luxury element of the house. The other two bedrooms are a decent size and would be perfect for children in the family. The only downside to this house is the one family bathroom which needs to be shared amongst the three bedrooms, which may be an inconvenience for some people. 

In terms of pricing, this property is sitting at £699,950 which seems to be looking at the more expensive scale for a property in this area and of this size. In this area, the properties being sold have ranged from around £150,000 to £550,000 which shows that this property can be seen to be very expensive when compared to other properties in the area. The properties leaning towards the £500,000 mark are similar to the property in question here. However, this property is a lot nicer in many aspects, offering that fourth bedroom as well as all of the floor space it makes it a much more desirable property and as a result justifies the extra spending. On a whole I would expect this property to be in and around the price that it is listed at, however, it is very expensive when compared to the other properties in the surrounding area so the buyer would have to be wary of that.
