This apartment is a luxury property with three bedrooms that is located just half a mile away from Kingston town centre. This property would be perfect for a young couple looking to invest or a small family that are looking for a modern property not far from the town centre.

This property has three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms which is perfect for a small family or a young couple as it gives space for a master bedroom and two guest bedrooms or a bedroom for an extra person living in the property. The bedrooms are all located in and around each other and two of the bedrooms have doors on either side of the bathroom, which means that the two bedrooms would share a bathroom. However, the master bedroom does have an ensuite bathroom which is perfect for the tenants as it will give them more privacy away from the rest of the house. The bedrooms also are double bedrooms which shows the amount of space that is given to the people living in the flat and it also leaves more room for living area within the property. Away from the bedrooms, the open plan lay out for this flat is both practical and stunning. There is a large area for the living room and dining room and towards the back of the property there is the kitchen which is in the same room as the living room but towards the back of the room which gives an element of separation from the rest of the house which is perfect for cooking and making dinner. This flat also has a gorgeous sun terrace which is near impossible to find in any other property in the surrounding areas of this plot. The sun terrace is such an attractive aspect to this house and offers something different that wouldn't usually be found. It is located just outside the back of the living area and only a few steps up is a lovely peaceful place where you can maximise sunlight all year around.
