This three bedroom detached house is a perfect property for a young family looking to invest in a house or a group of friends that would be looking to share a house together. It is in an ideal location and reasonably priced.

This property has three spacious bedrooms which makes it perfect for a young family. The bedrooms are all located on the first floor of the house and have one family bathroom on the first floor as well. Although it only has one bathroom in the house, it means that there is space for a utility room on the ground floor of the house which is perfect for keeping the house tidy and the surroundings cleaner and less cluttered. This property also has a lot of living spaces, the kitchen is located on the ground floor and is quite large in floor space when compared to other properties in the area, and it also has a reception room alongside the living room which is also very spacious as it also has a section for a dining area right at the back of the house. This property also has a very attractive garden which is perfect for a young family as it provides the perfect space for the kids to enjoy themselves and also gives an area for a play set or anything along those lines.
