This two bedroom flat is located in the outskirts of central Kingston, only a couple hundred metres away from the town centre. This property would be perfect for a young couple or young professionals that are looking to live in an attractive property with perfect surroundings.

This property has two spacious double bedrooms and it also has two bathrooms which adds an element of privacy to the apartment as it doesn't require bathroom sharing, which is a perfect element to the flat if you have guests over or are house sharing with a flat mate. Although looking like an open plan flat on first impressions it is clear to see that the design of this flat makes it perfect to separate the aspects of the house with furniture, for example, the positioning of the sofa almost separates the living room from the dining room and the kitchen despite having the open plan feel if wanted. The master bedroom also has an ensuite which is also an attractive aspect to this property as it again adds a feel of privacy and it is also an extra shower room in the flat, as well as meaning that there is more space in the rest of the flat instead of having two bathrooms outside of the bedrooms.
