This two bedroom flat is located right in the heart of Kingston and it makes a perfect flat for a young couple or young professionals. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is a very modern and spacious building which has many amenities which come with it.

This flat has two spacious double bedrooms and also has one ensuite, which ensures the privacy between the two bathrooms. The other bathroom is located just off the hallway which makes it the bathroom for the second bedroom and the bathroom for the use of the flat. The floorplan of this apartment shows it to be a very well put together property which combines open plan and privacy in the flat. There is a central living area which has both the living room and kitchen which is a perfect example of the modern day apartment with the open plan feel. However, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the property which means that there is a feeling of separation to a degree which helps with the privacy when sharing with a roommate or having guests to stay. The dining room in the kitchen is the biggest aspect of the property and take up most of the floor space available, which is another attractive aspect of the property as a lot of effort has gone into the living areas of the flat and there won’t be much better on the market. There is also a balcony in this property which leads to stunning views around the heart of Kingston, another aspect which adds value to this flat.
