This five bedroom terrace house is a lovely property which would be perfect for house sharing with friends or colleagues or perfect for a family. It has five decent sized bedrooms, three bathrooms and it also has a garden out the back.

The five bedrooms make this property a perfect place for a family that are looking to move into a bigger house with a very decent sized back garden. The property itself has five double bedrooms which provides a perfect space for every member of the family and also gives an extra room for a spare bedroom if it is ever needed. The bedrooms are spread out across the first and the second floor and the master bedroom also has an ensuite which is perfect for keeping an element of privacy between the three bedrooms on the top floor. The other two bedrooms on this floor share the one bathroom which is more manageable with the exclusion of the third bedroom as it would then have an issue of sharing a bathroom between three bedrooms. On the first floor the two bedrooms there are also sharing a communal bathroom and that bathroom will also be needed to use as one for the whole house as the living room is also situated on the first floor. The three floors gives extra space for the living room which is a very decent size and makes it perfect for a house of this size as there will be numerous people living in it. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining area which is very big compared to other properties in this area as it takes up most of the ground floor which makes it a perfect element if you are looking for somewhere with a bigger kitchen area. It also has a garage which gives the property off road parking which is difficult to find anywhere in the London areas and it also has a large garden which can be transformed into anything you please with the space it offers.

In terms of pricing, this property is sitting at £650,000 which I believe is an average price for a property of this stature when you consider the surrounding properties in this area. The property is located just outside the heart of Kingston and other properties in this area range from around £400,000 to £900,000 and the properties at the higher end of the scale, although maybe more modern in appearance don't offer the space that this property does. Although this property does look weathered in appearance, the space will be hard to come by and it does offer off road parking and a large garden which only adds to the value. Although in the wider area properties have gone for a lot more, on lively close, the properties have gone for around this price or even a little bit less than what the owner is asking for this price, which may make this property seem a little too pricey.
