This property is a lovely two bedroom semi-detached property which is also located in a lovely area just outside the Kingston area. It is a wonderful property and would be perfect for a young professional or young couple as it does only have two bedrooms. It is also perfectly located for a commuter as it is 600 metres away from Norbiton station and 700 metres away from Kingston station which makes it really convenient and easy to get in and out of London for the majority of the week. 

This property has two bedrooms on the first floor and for a semi-detached house they do carry a lot of space with them, but there is no bathroom on the first floor, which could be seen as a hindrance as you would always have to shower on the ground floor. The kitchen and dining room has a nice open plan layout which opens up the space in the room, which is a positive to the house as it opens up the floor space and allows you to do what you please with the space that is available. It also has a decent sized living room which is a perfect place to relax with the family or entertain your guests, as it is difficult to find a property in this area which has both a decent sized kitchen and living room which does add a lot of value to this property. As well as this it also has a garden which is very well sized with a shed that can be used as extra storage. The garden is a perfect space which can be left alone and be used as a place for children to play or can be transformed into an area which can be used to entertain guests by adding garden furniture to the garden. The garden is a good addition to this property as it allows you to have some freedom with the space that is available. 

Sitting at £550,000 this property can be seen as an absolute steal for the area it is situated in. Other properties in this area are usually sitting at between £800,000 and £300,000 and for a well spaced two bedroom semi-detached house it shows that this house is a good price for the area it is situated and considering the current market. As a two bedroom house, the price is also emphasised with a good price as many of the three bedroom houses are priced at over £630,000 pounds, with the apartments being priced at £400,000 which is another reason which shows this house to be fairly priced. Considering that other two bedroom properties with a similar amount of floor space are situated at the same price or in some cases even higher, but don't have the amount of garden space that this property offers shows that it is a bargain when it comes to the two bedroom properties in this area at only £550,000.

This 2 bed semi detached house has been priced at what seems to be a good price at first glance and is also well justified even with some time spent looking into the property. One reason I believe that it is well priced is the fact that it is only priced at 550,000 which seems to be below average for the properties on the market in the area, another reason i believe this is a good deal is it is very close to local transport which would allow you to scrap getting a car if you so wished.
