This property, located in the surbiton area is a gorgeous end terrace 3 bedroom house. It is a perfect house for a small family or couple to move into just outside of the Kingston area. It is a modern house which is spacious and is perfect for someone who needs to commute in the morning for work as it is only 1 mile from Kingston station or 400 metres from Surbiton station. This house is extremely modern for the area it is situated in and this plot of property is relatively new as well, which makes this property extremely attractive in this area for a buyer. In the area there are also numerous places which make this property even more attractive to the buyer, there are numerous green areas around as well as parks which would be perfect for walks and exercise.

This bedroom has three floors, with two bedrooms situated on the first floor, which are a decent size as well as both being ensuite bathrooms which would be extremely difficult to find in any other property around this area, which is another pull factor to this property, meaning no one has to share a bathroom, especially if you are entertaining guests for overnight stays.
