This property is located just outside of central Kingston, and although the property may not look the biggest in the area but the interior of the property is extremely spacious and very big for the area it is located. It is a wonderful detached property with three bedrooms which would be perfect for a young family, especially being situated only 400 metres from Kingston station and 800 metres from Norbiton station which also makes this property ideal for someone that will need to commute to work most days of the week. 

This house also has a lovely south facing garden which means that it will maximise the sunlight in both the summer and the winter time, and it is also spacious which makes it perfect for entertaining friends as well as a place for the kids to enjoy the sunlight and play. This property has three bedrooms which are an adequate size and it also has a summer house which could be used as a guest house, or an extra bedroom for an older child. It could also just be used as an extra room and be turned into a games room or an office space. This property has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, which for a property in this area is also a good addition to the house. The living areas of the house are really big in comparison to many other properties in the area which makes this property even more attractive. It also has a lot of room for investment, the master bedroom is a really big space which could be kept the same or an ensuite could be added to the property and there is a lot that can be done with the spaces in the summer house.

In this area, properties can range from around £250,000 to £900,000 which shows the ranging amounts of properties within this area. The lower bracket of properties in this area are usually flats or they are smaller two bedroom properties which is why they are considerably cheaper than the other properties in this area. However, this property, and the calibre of the house itself and the space it offers shows that it is valued at a fair price for where it is located, sitting at £875,000, especially as a lot of work has been done to the house. This house made a 53% increase in its value when it was last sold in 2008 after just 4 years showing the desire for people to want to live in this area, explaining the high prices. However, despite the price I believe that this property is fairly evaluated as it does have the extra summer house which can be used in anyway the owner desires it to be used. As well as this it has such a big living and kitchen area which would not be found in many other properties in the surrounding area.
