This property is perfect in terms of location as there are busses into Kingston every 20 minutes as well as Norbiton station being 200 metres away and Kingston station only 600 metres away. In this area the prices of property over the last 12 months have been ranging around the £700,000 range for 3 bedroom properties which makes this house in and around the average. However, there is a significant price drop when it comes to 2 bedroom properties and flats as they sit around the £400,000 mark. Prices in this area of London don't seem to go above £800,000 which shows that this property is not overpriced either. This shows that this property is fairly priced when it comes to the area it is located in.

The property itself is a gorgeous 3 bedroom house which is very modern and spacious. It has a wonderful living room which is perfect for entertaining guests and the kitchen is extremely modern and a very decent size for a property of this manner. It also has a spacious garden area with both concrete areas for sitting and garden furniture, as well as green area which would be perfect for the children. This property also has a loft conversion which is an attractive addition to this house and allows extra room in the rest of the house without it feeling cramped or lacking in space. The loft bedroom is not as big as the other bedrooms in the house. However, it does have an ensuite bathroom, making it perfect for a master bedroom as well as an extra bathroom in the house.
