The price for this property is good compared to other properties in the area with the same number of bedrooms in the area. The property is very spacious and is ideal for large families-couple with 3-4 children. Another plus point is that it is newly decorated and can be extended for more space. There is a large private garden where children can play and one can relax as well.

A fantastic price in comparison to similar properties in the area. There are 4 double bedrooms, but can be 5 bedrooms, with parking and a garden, convenient for groups and large families. A train station and two tube stations nearby means it is also great for commuters. A great deal on price considering the north London location.
