This property is on the pricey side when comparing with similar properties in the area. However, it is very spacious with a private rear garden and a garage. This 3 bedroom house is perfect for families with children. There are many transport links very close by, perfect for commuters. A good deal overall.

This could easily become a top terraced property if price is reduced further. Its very difficult to find 3-bed freehold houses in HA1 area at 450k price range. Even though its terraced property, price is very very good to ignore. Any more reduction is sale listing price and i reckon this will be off market very quickly.

This is a great priced property for family looking for a first or second home! It has lots of local amenities all within walking distance. Along with easy access to transport links making it super easy to reach London city centre whether it is for work or just for leisure. This property offers great garden space, perfect for small children to run about and play or even having friends over on a sunny day! This is such a great deal it shouldn't be missed! This house offers great potential for investment or turning into a home! Great deal!

Bargain of the century right here! Coming in just shy of 450k with 3 bedroom's to accompany it is an absolute STEAL! Perfect for those people who are moving to the city for work and are bringing their family with them. The property features a beautiful front garden, something of a commodity down in the capital with an open plan dining to living room. There's no denying that the property is going to need a bit of work done it to make it look a bit up to scratch but it is far from irreparable and in the harrow postcode you could really land yourself in a money haven and for those of you who are a bit lazy when watching the TV there is even a downstairs toilet! Simply stunning.
